This particular Sauvignon Blanc has lovely fresh acidity and, coming from Chile's Central Valley, is more fruit forward than your cooler climate Sauvignons.

Packed full of fleshy gooseberries, a core of lemon and lime flavours really make it zing.

El Chivo makes an excellent pairing to a meaty piece of cod or a creamy fish pie.
