EL Chivo Merlot is a round, pleasing and easy-going Chilean red blend. The nose is light and simple with sweet aromas of raspberry, cherry, old wooden furniture and fresh cut grass. It is medium-bodied and fruity with hints of black pepper, raspberry, plums, cherries and oak. Highly supple tannins with a silky smooth mouth feel. Served best with pasta, grilled chicken or cheese.
